2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY .OF
SAN JACINTO APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH EMPLOYMENT
3 DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, `FOR
ON THE JOB TRAINING

THIS RESOLUTION is adopted with reference to the following
5 facts :
6 A . Agreement No. COD-OJT 9400-149 has beenn-submitted to the
City Council of the City of San Jacinto for approval to "provide
7 for on-the-job training of the Work Incentive-Career Opportunity
Development program of the State of California .
8 B. The City Council desires to cause the City to enter into
91 the agreement.
10l NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto, sitting in regular session the 2nd day of
11 July, 1974, as follows :
12 1. The City Council has considered the contract, and hereby
approves its negotiations and execution of the agreement.

2 . The Mayor of the City of San Jacinto is hereby authorized °
14 to execute the agreement on behalf of the City of San Jacinto.
15 MOVED; PASSED AND ADOPTED -this 2nd .day of July 1974,.
