2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
REQUESTING PARTICIPATION IN THE UNION OIL COMPANY BULK PUR-
R CHASES AWARD BY THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
4 BE IT RESOLVED that the City of San Jacinto requests participation in
5 Award 74/3095 to Union Oil Company by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors
6 for the purchase of lubricating oils and greases from July 1 , 1974 through
7 June 30, 1975.
81 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Jacinto
9 approves the following terms and conditions relating to participation in the
10 County contract for lubricating oils and greases:
11 1 . Will make all purchases in its own name for nublic
use only;

2. Will be responsible for vayment directly to the ven-
13 dor and for tax liability and will hold the County
harmless therefrom;
14
3. Has not and will not have in force anv other contract
15 , for like purchases;
16 j 4. Has not obtained and does not have under consideration
written bids or quotations from other vendors for like
17 purchases.
18 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of July 1974.
