SAN JACINTO, -A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY, AMENDING
$ RESOLUTION NO. 1030 ESTABLISHING RATES FOR COL-
LECTION OF GARBAGE AND RUBBISH COLLECTED WITHIN
4 CITY RELATING TO RATES FOR MULTIPLE UNIT DWELL-
INGS.

6 The City Council of the City of San Jacinto, a California
7 municipality, does hereby resolve as follows :
1. This resolution amends Resolution No. 1030, adopted May 21,
8 1974, by amending subparagraph (b) of paragraph 2 thereof, to read
as follows:

(b) For the owner or operator of multiple unit dwellings
10 each having kitchen facilities : $2 .00 per month for the first
unit, and $1.50 per month for each additional unit regardless of
11 whether occupied or not
12 2 . The City 'Council does hereby resolve pursuant to the
authority invested in it by the provisions of Section 11-18 'of the
L3 City Code of said City.
14 MOVED PASSED AND .ADOPTED at the regular adjourned meeting of
the City Council duly held on the 5th day of June, 1974.
