RESOLUTION NO. 1028
I' A RESOLUTION RULING ON OBJECTIONS
TO THE PROPOSED REMOVAL OF WEEDS
2 ) WHEREAS by Resolution the City Council of the City of San Jacinto
3 did find certain noxious and/or-d—angerous weeds to be growing in or upon or ad
jacent to the streets , sidewalks and private property in this city and declared
41 -the same to be a public nuisance; and

WHEREAS by the same resolution the City Council called for a public hearing
to be held on 02', - -Z/ li7 u--y 7 ,jo ''_- at the Council Chambers at 201
6 ` East Main Street, n Jacinto, Ca �fornia; and
7 WHEREAS notice of said resolution and of said hearing was dulyposted in ac-
cordance with Sections 39564 to '39567 , inclusive, of the Government Code, State of

�7objections were made to the pro-
posed WHEREAS said hearing was duly held and/�
posed removal of weeds at said hearing; and

WHEREAS the City Council of the' City of San Jacinto finds that noxious and/'
11 or dangerous weeds are growing in or upon or adjacent to real property described
in Attachment A'° to Resolution No./ and they are seasonal and recurrent
12 nuisances except as follows .

NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of an Jacin,
14 to, State of California, in regular session assembled this day of `
15 19 , as follows '
1 . All objections made to the proposed removal of weeds are hereby over-
16 ruled except as follows '
17 2. The Superintendent of Public Works is hereby ordered to cause the abate-
ment and removal of the weeds described on or adjacent to the real property de=
18 scribed in Attachment "A" to Resolution No. 10: 6 in accordance with the proced-
ure of Section 39572 et seq, of the Government Coa_e , and from time-to-time here,
19 after as the weeds recur per Section 39562.1 .
20 3. The Superintendent of Public Works shall keep an account of the cost to
abate the public nuisances herein directed and to submit his itemized written re-
21 port to this Council as required by law.
2 4. The City Clerk is directed to set a public hearing for hearing the re_ i
port of the Superintendent of Public Works as herein directed at least three days
23 later than the filing of the report in her office by the Superintendent of Public (-
Works. The City Clerk shall post a copy of said report at least three days prior
24 to the hearing on the sameon or near the Chamber Door of this City Council to-
gether with a notice of the time and place of the public hearing at which the re-
25 port will be submitted for approval by this Council
