A SINGLE PARCEL

4 The undersigned, being all of the owners of the parcel
described below, acknowledge receipt of a copy of Resolution No.
j' , 'adopted by t:,e City Council of the City of San Jacinto
6 on !ra��ro 7, 19'74,� and pursuant thereto agree with she City of San
jacinto in consideration of their being permitted to have or main-
tain two separate zone classifications of land use of one common
I parcel as follows.
81 1. That said parcel shall be used separately in accordance
with the land use classifications placed upa'i them and no ` portion
of the parcel shall be used in a manner inconsistent with the
101 zone classification assigned to that portion.
j 2. Whenever any portion is zoned C-1 and another continguous
1l portion is zoned M-1 or other manufacturing classification, the
un( ersigned agree that the 0-1 portion shall not be:used to permit
l2 regular travel on or acres- it to reach or service the manufacturin
zoned portion of any vehicle having more than two axles .

3. The undersigned agree that this covenant shall run with
14 the Land for the benefit of all commerical or residentially zoned
oa.rcels of land located within three hundred feet of the boundaries
151 of the ' C-1 zoned portion of said parcel, the owners of which shall
have an independent right of action to enforce this covenant.

4. The undersigned further agree that they shall notify
17 the City Clerk of any transfer of an interest in said parcel by

in said parcel from them; that it is the intent of the undersigned
