2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO APPROVING 1995 FUNCTIONAL CLASSIFI-
3 CATION STUDY OF ROADS, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS.
4 WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto has not previously adopted a Functional

51 Classification of Highways; and
6 WHEREAS, the State Division of Highways has now requested that the City
7 1 of San Jacinto review and update said Functional Classification of Highways to
g insure that it very nearly reflects the present and anticipated highway service
9 transportation needs of the City; and
10 WHEREAS, this review has been performed in a manner which insures coordin
11 ation with San Jacinto 's Functional Classification maps and the State Department
12 of Transportation; and
13 WHEREAS, this review of Functional Highway Classification has now been
14 completed and has been represented in a uniform manner as stipulated by the

15 State and Federal governments on maps identified as the 1995 California Function
16 . al Classification Study;
17 NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
18 Jacinto, County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled
19 on the 16th day of April 1974, that this Council does hereby approve the 1995
20 i California Functional Classification Study , District 08, on file with the Road
I
21 Commissioner of said County, for those streets , highways and roads within its
22 jurisdiction subject to routine update;
23 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this Resolution be transmitted to
24 the California State Department of Transportation and the Riverside County_Road

25 Department.

MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April 1974 by the City Council
27 of the City of San Jacinto.
