HOSPITALS AND BURN HOSPITALS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY
WHEREAS the r eternal Order of the Shrinos :maintains nineteen crippled
childrens' hospitals and three burn hospitals throughout the country; and
WHEREAS all 1--ri onled 0ildren regardless of race, creed, religion or
economic status aze do cepL'e^d and U-.7"E?uted in these hospitals without charge;
and
WHEREAS all expenses of the childrens and burn hospitals ' are bonne
by Shriners only without any outside solicitations and
WHEREAS two children . .'_"am San Jacinto Valley have ocontlu applied
for orthopedic help and are being processed for entry into the Los Angeles
. Shriners Crippled C:hildrens Hospital and
WHEREAS the Ramona Shrine Club in Our Valley assists and supports, the
humanitarian efforts Of ! Be kal'. Temple,.
NOW, TRFREFORP,. BE: IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO oomz:iends Potentate Rokert Ruch Ll 11, the El .rSekal Temple and
the Ramona Shrine Club for their unstinting efforts to help free of charge
the crippled children of our area and elsewhere throughout the country.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED a copy of this Resolution be presented to Po-
tentate Robert Ruchti I.I.
MOVED, PASSED NO ADOPTED the Awl y of March 1974 by the City
Council of the City of .San Jacinto.
