2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO CONSIDERING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
3 A COUNTY HIGHWAY WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS
OF THE CITY AT SANTA FE STREET SOUTH OF SEVENTH
4 STREET.

511 WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside
have caused; to be 'forwarded .to the Citv Council of the City of San
6 Jacinto a Resolution designating as a county; highway the portions'
of Santa Fe Street and for purposes hereinafter described, and it;
71 is the opinion of the City that is would be advantageous that said
' street becomes a county highway pursuant to Section 1700 et seq.of
8I the Streets and Highways Code, all as more particularly set forth
in an agreement between the City of San Jacinto and the County of
9 Riverside adopted concurrently herewith; now, therefore, pursuant
to Section 1701 of the Streets and Highways Code,

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Jacinto
11 sitting in regular session on October 9� , 1973 , as follows :
12 1. The council consents to the establishment and declaration
as a county highway, of that portion of Santa Fe Street, between
13 Oakland Avenue and Seventh Street, lying within the corporate
limits of the City of San Jacinto, as ay county highway, for the
14 limited purpose of reconstructing said highway, including bicycle
paths, pursuant to the ,provisions of Section; 1700 et seq, of the
15 Streets and Iighways Code -
16 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the, adoption hereof, and
cause three copies to be forwarded to the Road Commissioner,
17
County,-of Riverside.
