2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY,
3 JOINING IN CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT WITH THE
COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE FOR HEALTH CARE SERVICES

RECITAL: The City of San Jacinto entered into agreement with the .County
5
of Riverside on June 27, 1966 for health care services incidental to public reg-
6
ulation of the use of buildings and of activities involving danger to public
7
Health; the County of Riverside has indicated its desire to withdraw from that
8
agreement and instead intends to provide health care services for fees pre-
9
scrioeu by ordinance of the County; the City joins in the cancellation of that
10
agreement.

NO, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
12
Jacinto, sitting in regular adjourned session the 16th day of December 1975,
13
as follows:

1 . Effective January 1 , 1976 the City of San Jacinto withdraws
15 from and cancels its agreement with the County of Riverside
for health inspection and health care services within the
16 boundaries of said city made June 27 , 1966, subject to ap-
proval and acceptance of this cancellation by the Board of
17 Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California.
18 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolu-
tion and send a copy to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors
19 and to the Health Department, all of the County of Riverside.
20 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1975.
