2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, COUNTY OF
RIVERSIDE, APPROVING THE RIVERSIDE COUNTY SOLID
3 WASTE MANAGEMENT MASTER PLAN
4 WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Riverside County has caused prepar-
ation of a Riverside County Solid Waste Management Master Plan and has caused to
5 be submitted to the City Council of the City of San Jacinto, copies of said Plan,
for Council review and approval ; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Jacinto, sitting in
7 regular session this 7th day of October, 1975, as follows:
8 1. The City approves the objectives set forth in the Plan.
9 2. The City approves the method and organization for implementation of
the Plan.

3. The City approves the procedures for financing the recommended pro-
11 gram.
12 4. The City approves its role as identified in the Plan.
13 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption hereof and cause three
(3) copies to be forwarded to the Road Department of Riverside County.

MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of October, 1975, by the following
15 votes:
16 AYES: Councilwoman Hazeltine, Councilmen Brooks, Stevens , Wallace and
Wilson.

NOES: None.
