A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY,
DESIGNATED AS ANNEXATION NO. 31 TO THE CITY, OF SAN JACINTO
4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
5 1 . WHEREAS, on the 6th day of February 1979, the Council of the City
of San Jacinto did pass and adopt Resolution No. 1248 declaring proceedings
6 begun to annex certain uninhabited territory to the City of San Jacinto, said
territory being therein designated as "Annexation No. 31" said Resolution
7- describing the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed; and
8 2. WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission on the 9th of
August 1979 approved the annexation of said territory with the necessity
9 of giving of notice thereof, or hearing being held; and
10 3. WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing to hear any ,
objections from owners of land within said territory.

4. WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No . 1289 declaring
12 ; no majority protest.
13 I 5,_ WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of San Jacinto
and is uninhabited territory in the County of Riverside;
1 , 6. NOW, THEREFORE, the said Council of the City of San Jacinto does
hereby approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter described to the
16 City of San Jacinto, and does hereby further resolve` that `the said territory_
! be and is hereby annexed to the City of San Jacinto .
? it - 7. That said territory the a proval and annexation of which to the
City of San Jacinto is herein resolved is all that territorysituated in
18 the County of Riverside, State of California, more particularly described in
10 I "Exhibit A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Legal Description
That portion of FarmLots 138 , 139, . 141 and 142 of the
lands of the San Jacinto Land Association as shown by Map
on file in Book 8 of Maps, Page 357 , Records of San Diego
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of Annexation
No. 13 to the City of San Jacinto, ;said corner being also
a point on the center line of De Anza Drive, formerly South
Central Avenue;
Thence South 45° 00100" West along the North line of
said Annexation No- 13 a distance of 452. 65 feet to an
angle point in said North line,
Thence continuing along said North line West a distance
Of 1, 055 41 feet to the Northwest corner of said Annexation
No.- 13 - said corner being also a point on the East line of
aforesaid Farm Lot 142;
Thence South along the East line of said Farm Lot 142
a distance of 390 . 00 feet, more or less, to the Southeast
corner of the Northeast one-quarter of said Farm Lot 142;
Thence West along the South line of said Northeast_
one-quarter of Farm Lot 142 a distance of 1 , 320 . 00 feet,
more or less , to the Southwest corner of said Northeast
one-quarter of Farm Lot 142 ;
Thence North along the SQest line of said Northeast
one-quarter of Farm Lot 142 a distance of 1 , 320 . 00 feet,
