2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN'JACINTO APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 7890

WHEREAS, Final Tract Map 7890, applied for by California Ranch Homes , a
4 partnership, has received the recommendation for approval by the Planning Com-
mission subject to conditions;which have been :received and approved by the
5 Council ; and
6 WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the map and conditions recommended for
7
approval
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
8 Jacinto as follows:
9 1 . The Council finds the foregoing facts to be true and
accepts and receives the findings and recommendations
10 of the Planning Commission and approves the same as its
own findings.

2. The Final Map, Tract No. 7890, is hereby approved sub-
12 ject, to conditions recommended; by the Planning Commission.
and incorporated herein by reference.

3. Prior to recordation of the Final Map, applicant shall
14 execute Subdivision Improvement. Agreement and post se-
curity as 'required by law in the amounts fixed by the
15 City.
16 MOVED, PASSED A0 ADOPTED the 18th day of December 1979.
