RESOLUTION NO. 1278
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,
1 FIXING FILING FEES FOR TENTATIVE MAPS, FEES FOR CHECK-
ING FINAL MAPS AND FEES FOR IMPROVEMENT PLAN CHECKING
2 AND INSPECTION CONSTRUCTION FEES AS PROVIDED FOR UNDER
THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 673

4 THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA DO
5 EREBY FIX THE FOLLOWING FEES IN CONNECTION WITH ORDINANCE NUMBER 673;
6 UBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE CITY, AS FOLLOWS:
7 SECTION 1 : TENTATIVE MAP FILING FEE
8 I. Filing Fees - A fee for the examination of the tentative map shall
9 be paid at the time of its filing to be deposited into a General Fund, as follows:
10 A. Tentative Tract Map - $450.00 plus $7.00 per lot other than lots
11 to be dedicated or conveyed for streets , alleys, easements , and
-12 other public purposes, except that when the map is for a condominium,
13 the fee shall be $450.00 plus $42.00 for each gross acre within
14 the boundary of the map. Plus $250.00 for Environmental Assess-
15 ment. Environmental Impact Reports shall be actual contract
16 costs plus 10% Administrative Fee.
17 B. Revision to Acreage - $450.00
18 C. Tentative Parcel Map - $400.00 plus $7.00 per lot other than

19 lots to be dedicated or converted for alleys , asements and
20 other public purposes, plus $125.00 for Environmental Assessment.
21 Environmental Impac Report shall be actual contract costs plus
22 10% Administrative Fee.
23 D. Revised Tentative Map - To conform to the conditions of approval
24 of the Initial Map - $75.00.
25 E. Lot Line Adjustment - $100.00
26 SECTION 2: FINAL MAP CHECKING FEES
27 II. Final Map Checking Fees - The subdivider shall pay a final map
28 checking fee to the City at the time the final map is first submitted to the

City for the checking and processing of the final map. The checking fee shall

be for the amount as follows:

A. Final Tract Maps - $450.00 plus $9.00 for each lot except for
32
condominium, the fee shall be $450.00 plus $60.00 for each gross
acre included within the land division boundary.
B. Final Parcel Map - $450.00 plus $9.00 for each lot.
i C. Revision to Acreage - $450. 00 for maps to revert subdivided
2 lands to acreage.
31 D. Revised Lot Lines - An additional fee of $25.00 per lot shall
4 be paid for revised or rechecked lot lines.
5 E. When a Subdivision Agreement is to be executed and/or bonding
61 provided an additional fee of $200.00 shall be collected to
7 cover costs of preparation and review of these documents.
8 SECTION 3: IMPROVEMENT PLAN CHECKING AND INSPECTION FEES
9II. Improvement Plan Checking Fees - At the time the improvement plans
10 are submitted to the City for checking and approval , the land divider shall
11 deposit with the City a Plan Checking Fee in an amount equal to 1'Z% of the
12� estimated construction cost. The City shall approve the cost estimates based
13
on reasonable up-to-date costs for comparable improvements in the City.

II. Construction Inspection Fees - The land divider shall deposit with
15
the City a Construction Inspection Fee for the Inspection of the construction
16
of the improvements in an amount equal to 3;Z% of the estimated construction
17
costs.

SECTION 4: CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FEE

I. At the time of submitting a request for a Certificate of Compliance
20
a fee of $50.00 shall be collected.

SECTION 5: THE CITY COUNCIL IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED TO CERTIFY
22
TO THE PASSAGE OF THIS RESOLUTION.
