2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, '"CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE WEST
3 SIDE OF SAN JACINTO AVENUE FROM THE INTERSECTION OF
MAIN STREET TO THE INTERSECTION OF FIFTH STREET

THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING FACTS:

Traffic and parking volume ,has 'increased on streets hereinafter named so
6
that it has become difficult to assure tow-way passage on such streets when
7
parking is allowed on both sides.
The City Administration has attempted to poll the feelings of the residents
9
of said streets and has found them to be generally receptive to the action here-
10 in taken. `
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED .by the City Council of the City of San Jacin
12 to, in regular session this7th day of November 1979 as follows:
13 1 . The Council -finds the foregoing facts `to be true.
" 2. It is hereby directed that parking shall be prohibited on:
15 The west side of San Jacinto Avenue from the intersection
16 Main Street to the intersection of Fifth Street.
17 3. The City Traffic Engineer shall cause the appropriate marking to be
18 placed at said locations and this res` aution shall become effective
19 upon the placement of such marking.
20 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 7th day of November 1979.
