2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY' OF SAN JACINTO
APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY,
3 DESIGNATED AS ANNEXATION NO. 29, TO THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
5 1 . WHEREAS, on the.l3th. day of November 1978, the Council of the City of San
Jacinto did pass and adopt Resolution No. 1240 declaring proceedings begun to
6 annex certain uninhabited territory to the City of San Jacinto , said territory
being therein designated as "Annexation No. 29 said Resolution describing
7 the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed; and -
g 2. WHEREAS, the written consent of all owners of land 'within said territory,
have filed their consents to or petitions for the annexation'; thereof, to the Cite
g of San Jacinto; and
10 3. WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission on the 9th of August
1979 approved the annexation of said territory without the necessity of giving
11 of notice thereof, or hearing being held; and
12 4. WHEREAS, notice of and conduct of hearing' is not required by law; and '
13 5. WHEREAS said territory is contiguous to the City of San Jacinto, and is
uninhabited territory in the County of Riverside;

6. NOW, THEREFORE, the said Council of the .City of San Jacinto does. hereby
15 approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter described to the city of San
Jacinto, and does hereby further resolve that the said territory be and is here-
16 by annexed to the City of San Jacinto .
17 7. That said territory the approval and annexation of ,which to the City of
San Jacinto is herein 'resolved is all that territory situated in the County of
18 Riverside, State of California , more particularly descirbed in "Exhibit A" which
is attached hereto ;and made a part hereof.
19 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular adjourned meeting of said City Coun-
20 cil -on the; T8th of September 1979, by the following vote:
21 AYES: Councilmen Stevens, Brooks, Ver Plank, Wilson and Hazeltine
NOES: None

The South 30 acres of Tract XZV of the Rancho San
Jacinto Viejo as shown by the Partition Map of said Rancho
on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of
San Diego County, California; Blocks 36 , 371 52 , 53 and a
portion of Block 54 of H.T. Hewitt ' s Addition to San Jacinto
as shown by Map on file in Book 13 of Maps, Page 624 Records
of San Diego County, California ; Lots 110 , 111 and 112 of
H.T. Hewitt ' s addition to San Jacinto as shown by Map on
file in Book 2 of Maps , Page 43 , Records of Riverside County,
California , and a portion of Farm Lots 76 and 78 of the San
Jacinto Land Association as shown by Map" on file in Book 8
of Maps, Page 357 , Records of San Diego County, California,
- -being in Section 35 , Township 4 South , Range 1 West, and in
Section 2, Township 5 South, Range 1 West; San Bernardino
Base and Meridian and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of Farm*
Lot 74 of said lands of the San Jacinto Land Association ,
with a line that is parallel with and 330 . 55 feet South of
the South line of Farm Lot 72 of said lands of the San
Jacinto Land Association said intersection being also an
' angle point in the existing boundary line of the limits of
City of San Jacinto,-
Thence North 89 ° 59 ' 50" East, along said parallel line
and boundary line of the City of San Jacinto, a distance of
1, 323 . 56 feet to the West line of said Block 36 of the H .T.
Hewitt ' s Addition to San Jacinto;
