2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT
3 OF THE 'GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF -SAN JACINTO
4,1 WHEREAS:
5 � A. The Planning Commission of the City of San Jacinto duly held a public
6 hearing on June 12, 1979 to consider the proposed amendment of the Land Use -
7 Element of the General Plan herein acted upon, and by its, Resolution No. 79-31
a recommended to the City Council that amendment be adopted.
9 B. A public hearing was duly held August 7, 1979 by the City Council
10 after notice was duly published. No written comments were received, and no
ill oral objections were made at the hearing.
I2 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
13 Jacinto as follows:
14 1 . The Council finds the foregoing facts to be true.
15 2. The Land Use Element of the General Plan of the
City of San Jacinto is hereby amended as follows:
16 From single family residential low density to
17 industrial on about 13 acres located between
10th and 12th Streets 256 feet west of Santa Fe
18 Avenue.
19 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 7th day of August 1979.
