REESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL Or
TEE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, A CALIFORNIA
7 CIPALITY, ORDERING THE VACATION
OF A 14-FOOT WIDE ALLEY SITUATED ABOUT
136 FT. SOUTH OF EAST MAIN STREET
.BETWEEN HEWITT AND VERNON STREETS.
The matter of the vacation and abandonment of a 14-foot wide alley
situated about 136 ft. south of East Main Street between Hewitt and
Vernon Streets , being the
real p_"opc� rty hereinafter described, having been heretofore proposed j" y
the City Council of thle City . of San Jacinto, by its Resolution No. 1255
acopted March 6 1979 , to which reference is :hereby made ;
:end i'c atpearing that said Resolution No_ 1256 has been published in
t e m� :her prescribed by law, and an affidavit of said pw,_7lication having
been duly filed with the records of the City Clerk of the said city;
;= nd it further appearing that proper notices have been duly posted as
recuired by law, along the boundary lines of the aforesaid portion
and a declaration of laic posting having been duly filed in the records
of the City Clerk of said city;

L3r.'cposed vacation and abando=ent of said easements having been: set for
7 :30 P". on Puril 3 1979 at the Council C'nar;dDers ,

_.nd said t,s'--=ic hearing having been duly called and held at the afore-
said time and place ;
.'Ind it appearing that from all the evidence submitted that it is
desired and appropriate that the easements hereinafter described be
vacated as mentioned in said Resolution No. 1256
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED, that the easements
for alleys; and rights of way hereafter described, he and are hereby
vacated and abondoned, and in accordance thereto it is1T IS

The southerly 14 _feet of -lots l through 7 of Platts
Subdivision as recorded in San Diego County Record
Kook 10, Page 484, and subject to the reservation
and exception of any recorded easements for public
utilities.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution
and shall cause a certified copy hereof to be recorded in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of Riverside.
The City Clerk is requested to cause conformed copies of the
recorded copy of this resolution to he mailed to the o,zners of the
adjacent parcels as shoe:n by the last equalized assessment role.
