2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, COMMENDING THE MEMBERS OF THE
3 SAN JACINTO VALLEY MUSEUM ASSOCIATION AND APPROVING
OF THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH SAID ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED

WHEREAS, the San Jacinto Valley Museum Association was formed as a non
5
profit corporation for the preservation and enhancement of the cultural heritage
6
of the San Jacinto Valley; and
7
WHEREAS, one of the pursuits of said organization, among others, is the
8
collection and preservation of artifacts and memorabilia relating to the history
9
and culture of the San Jacinto Valley; and
10
�I WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto approves of said or-
ganization and its pursuits and purposes and desires to commend
12 its members for
a service believed to be beneficial to all the citizens of the San Jacinto Valley
13
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED that the City
14
Council of the City of San Jacinto commends the members of the San Jacinto Valley
15
Museum Association for their rendition of a service believed to be beneficial to
16
all the citizens of the San Jacinto Valley and further hereby approves of the
17
purposes and pursuits of said organization. j

MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January 1979.
