2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT
3 OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
4 WHEREAS:
5 A. The 'Planning Commission of the City of San Jacinto duly 'held a public
hearing after notice was published as required by law, and the hearing was con-
6 tinued to November 14, 1978 to consider the ,proposed amendment .of the Land Use
Element of the General Plan herein acted upon', and by its Resolution No. 78-73
7 recommended to the City Council that amendment be adopted
8 B. A public hearing was duly held December 5, 1978 by the City Council
after notice was duly published. No written objections were received, and no
9 I oral objections were made.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
11 Jacinto as follows:
12 1 . The Council finds the foregoing facts to be true.
13 2. The Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City
of San Jacinto is hereby amended as follows :

From medium density residential` and` neighborhood ,com-
15 mercial to low-medium residential on the east side of
San:Jacinto Avenue, south of the ,projection of Esplanade
16 'Avenue.
17 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 5th day of December 1978.
