2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 'CITY" !
OF SAN JACINTO AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT
3 OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
4 WHEREAS:
5 A. The Planning, Commission of the City of San Jacinto duly held a ,public
hearing on June" 13, 1978 to consider the proposed amendment of the Land Use
6 Element of the General Plan herein acted upon, and by its Resolution No. 78-44
recommended to the; City Council that amendment be adopted.'

B. A public hearing.was duly held September 6, 1978 by the City Council
8 after notice was duly published. No written comments were received , and no
oral objections were made at the hearing.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
10 Jacinto as follows:
11 1 . The Council finds the foregoing;facts tobe true.
12 2. The Land Use Element of the General Plan of the
City of San Jacinto is hereby amended as follows:

From low medium density to medium density on the
14 ' south side of Main Street approximately 115 feet
east of Camino Los Banos, approximately 1 .3 acres',

MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 6th day of September 1978.
