A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO ESTABLISHMENT OF A PORTION OF RAMONA EXPRESSWAY
AS A COUNTY HIGHWAY .

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside has

caused to be forwarded to the City Council of the City of San Jacinto, a
7
8 Resolution incorporating a portion of Ramona Expressway into the County
9 Highway System for the limited purpose of constructing a two lane highway
10 between State Street (SH 79) and Mountain Avenue, is advantageous to the
11 City, now, therefore, pursuant to Section 1700 et seq . of the Streets and
12 Highways Code,

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Jacinto

sitting in regular' session this 22nd day of August , 1978, as

16 follows:
17 1) The Council consents to the establishment and declaration as a
18 County highway of that portion of the Ramona Expressway within the City
19 into the County Highway System for the limited purpose of constructing a
20 two lane highway between State Street (SH 79) and Mountain Avenue pursuant'
21
to the provisions of Section 1700 et seq. of the Streets and Highways Code.

2) The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption hereof and cause
23
three copies to be forwarded to the Road Commissioner of the County of
24
25 Riverside.
