2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY; COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF'SAN JACINTO CALLING FOR AN AGREEMENT WITH
3 THE RESOURCES AGENCY OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
4 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Jacinto, State of
5 California, that the Mayor of this city is authorized and directed to execute on
6 behalf of the San Jacinto City Fire Department the contract dated the 28th day of
7 June 1978 between said San Jacinto City Fire Deparment and the State of Califor-
8 nia - Department of`Forestry providing for Federal Grant under Title IV, ;Rural
9 Development Act of 1972.
10 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED on the-18th 'day of July 1978 by the following.
11 vote:
12 AYES: Councilmen Hazeltine, Stevens, Brooks, Ver Plank and Wilson.
13 NOES: None
14 ABSENT: None
