1 7 . At the discretion of the city Manager to reschedule billinj

of the minimum two-month charges set forth herein and for one-half

15 8 . The port-ion of the fee for Water Tank surcharge shall be
collected and deposited in the Water Tank Fund for purposes of
16 re.payin�j the note (s) issued to the Farmer ' s Home Administration DE
the United States Government .
17 9 . The provisions of this resolution shall become effective
18 upon the first two-month billing period coii4nencing after ia-ly 1,
1978.
