Annexation ?To. 2.1 to the City of San �7acinto having been 7 continued from adjourned public hearings of January 18 , 1978 and January 31, 1978. 8 B. Mr. Jules Stein, the person who initially requested the annexa- 91 tion the city, has filed his protest to the annexation but has 11 indicated his intention to withdraw the protest upon receiving 1 certain assurances as to the city's policy toward planning and 101 1 zonina actions in the proposed annexation area. NOW THERFrOREF BE IT PEScLVED by the City Council of the City 12 San Jacinto sitting in regular session February 7 . 1978 as follows - 13 � is the foregoing stated facts are true. 14 2. The proposed lot reallignnent as set forth in the preliminary sketch, dated January 31, 1978 attached hereto , has been administratively determined to be acceptable as a lot line readjust- 151 ment without necessity of filing, a T.)arcel mal? under the Provisions I - - 16 of the state Subdivision Map Act. 17 3. The present land use element of the General Plan of the San Jacinto Valley calls for an industrial use in the area of the 1 8 proposed annexation. 19 4.
