2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN'JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING CERTAIN
3 ROADS TO BE ) N THE FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM
4 WHEREAS, under the regulations issued by the Secretary of Transporation
5 "under the .Federal-Aid Highway Act (Title 23 U.S. Code) , the City has been
6 designated to select a Federal-Aid Urban System with the concurrence of the
7 California Department of Transportation; and
S WHEREAS, a map and written tabulation has been prepared in accordance
9 with appropriate Federal and State rules and procedures showing a proposed
10 Federal Aid Urban System in the City,
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by ,the City Council of the City of San
12 Jacinto as follows:
13 1 . That the roads as graphically shown on the map and as
14 designated in the written tabulation as additions to
15 and deletions from the Federal -Aid Urban system eligible
16 for Federal-Aid in the City of San Jacinto be accepted _
17 by this Council subject to concurrence of the California
18 Department of Transportation and approval of the Federal
- 19 Highway Administration.
20 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council duly
21 held the 7th day of December 1982, by the following vote:
22 AYES: Councilmen Marshaller, Rose, Divine, Stevens and Visser
23 NOES: None
24 ABSENT None
