RESOLUTION NO. 1459
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, ESTABLISHING THE PRE-ZONING FOR THE
3 LAND WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF ANNEXATION 45.
4 WHEREAS Ordinance 703 of the City of San Jacinto states that all
5 land annexed to the City shall be assigned a City zoning classification
6 most similar to the County zoning classification.
7,r WHEREAS the Local Agency Formation Commission requires official
notification of the intended City zoning.
9 WHEREAS no property owner within-Annextion 45 has requested a change
10 of zone from the City.
11 WHEREAS no public hearings before the Planning Commission or City
12 Council are necessary to establish the prezoning within Annexation 45.
13 BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
14 JACINTO DOES OFFICIALLY ESTABLISH THE ZONING WITHIN ANNEXATION 45 AS
15 DESIGNATED ON ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A
16 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED on the 16th day of vember 1982.
