2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
3 1418 ESTABLISHING THE FEES TO BE CHARGED PURSUANT
TO SECTION 58 OF ORDINANCE NO. 358, AS AMENDED,
4 FOR VIOLATION OF MUNICIPAL PARKING REGULATIONS
5 WHEREAS, Section 58 of Ordinance No. 358, as amended, provides that for
6 � the purpose of regulating the use of streets,and traffic thereon, and as a de
7 terent to the abuse of the parking privileges provided, a fee as prescribed by
8 resolution of the City Council for such violation shall be charged.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
10 Jacinto in its regular session assembled on July 20, 1982, that in accordance
11 with provisions of Ordinance No. 358 of the City of San Jacinto, a fee of
12 Twelve Dollars ($12.00) shall be charged for the violation of parking regular
13 tions set forth in Ordinance No. 358 of the City of San Jacinto,
14 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of One Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1 .50)
15 shall be deposited in the Riverside County Criminal Justice Facility Temporary
16 Construction Fund.
17 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2Oth day of July 1982.
