2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THECITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE VACATION
3 AND ABANDONMENT OF A CERTAIN ALLEY SOUTHEASTERLY
OF MAIN STREET AND NORTHEASTERLY OF VICTORIA AVENUE

5 ' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto , California, having
6 expressed its intention to vacate and abandon the public right-of-way over the
7 property shown on attached Exhibit A; and
g WHEREAS, a public hearing, as required by law, was conducted by the City
9 Council on the 6th day of July 1982; and
10' WHEREAS, all notices and posting, as required by law of said vacation have
11 been posted and given; and
12 WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of San Jacinto to vacate the here-
13 -in described property to property owner(s) of record; and
14 WHEREAS, all objections of any thereto having been heard and considered,
151 and its having been found that the City has no present or prospective use for
16 said public right-of-way;
17 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
18 1 . That the proposed vacation outlined on Exhibit A is not within an
area for which a General or Master Plan is adopted.

2. That the public right of way over the property described in Exhibit
20 A be vacated and abandoned,
21 3. That the City reserves for itself and all other public utilities a
public utility easement and the right at any time to construct, main-
22 tain, operate, replace; remove and renew upon, over and across the
needed appropriate facilities.

4. The effective date of this vacation shall be July 7; 1982.
