2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING
3 THE VACATION AND ABANDONMENT OF A' PORTION
OF GREEN STREET BETWEEN SEVENTH STREET .AND
4 NINTH STREET.
5 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto, California, having ,
6 expressed its intention to vacate and abandon the public right-of-way over the
7 property shown on attached Exhibit A; and
8 WHEREAS;- a public hearing, as required by law, was conducted by the City
9 Council on the 6th day of July 1982; and
10 WHEREAS, all notices and posting, as required by law of said vacation
11 have been posted and given; and
12 WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of San Jacinto to vacate the
13 herein described property to property owner(s) of record; and
14 WHEREAS, all objections of any thereto having been heard and considered,
15 and its having found that the City has no present or prospective use for said
16 public right-of-way;
117 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
18 1 . That the proposed vacation outlined on Exhibit A is not within
an area for which a General or Master Plan is adopted.

2. That the public right-of-way over the property described in
20 "G Exhibit A be vacated and abandoned.
2l1' 3. That the City reserves for itself and all other public utilities
a public utility easement and the right at any time to construct,
2211 maintain; operate, replace, remove and renews upon, over and across
the needed appropriate facilities.

4. That-a 30 ft. wide access easement across the westerly portion of
24 ) Assessor' s Parcel No. 435-180-073. (Measuring from the centerline
of Green Street) is hereby reserved in favor of Assessor's Parcel
25 ! No. 435-180474.
26 5. The effective date of this vacation shall he July 7, 1982.
27 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July 190
