2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, OF INTENTION,TO ORDER ABANDON-
3 MENT OF A CERTAIN ALLEY SOUTHEASTERLY OF MAIN STREET
AND NORTHEASTERLY OF VICTORIA AVENUE.

The City Council of the City of San Jacinto, California, does hereby de-

clare its intent to vacate and abandon the alley under and through the property
6
hereinafter described in the City of San Jacinto, County of Riverside, State
7
of California.

A map of said property proposed to be vacated and abandoned is on file
9
in the office of the Department of Community Development in the City of San
10
Jacinto to which reference is hereby made for further particulars .

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in or objecting to the _ -
12
proposed vacation and abandonment that a hearing thereon will be held at th'e,
13 City Council Chambers in the City of San Jacinto located at 209 'East Main
14
Street, San Jacinto, California, at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, 1982, which _

set time is not less than fifteen (15) days from the adoption of this Resolutio

The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in the same manner
17
prescribed by law for the publishing of ordinances of the City and to 'post
18
notices of vacation conspicuously along the line of the property proposed to
19
be vacated at least ten (10) days before the date hereinabove set for hearing,
20
said notices to be not more than three hundred (300) feet apart. At least
21
three of such notices shall be posted and shall state that this resolution has
22
been adopted, and the time and place hereinabove set forth for hearing thereon.
