1, RESOLUTION NO. 1428
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, OF INTENTION TO ORDER-
3 ABANDONMENT OF A CERTAIN PORTION OF NINTH STREET
BETWEEN GILBERT AVENUE AND GRAND AVENUE.

5 The City Council of the City of San Jacinto, California, does hereby de-
6 clare its intent tovacate and abandon the public right-of-way under and
7 through the property hereinafter described in the City of San Jacinto,
- 8 County of Riverside, State of California.
9 A map of 'said property proposed to be vacated and abandoned is on file
].0 in the office of the Department of Community Development in the City of San
11 Jacinto to which reference is hereby made for further particulars .
12 - Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in or objecting to the
13' proposed vacation and abandonment that a hearing thereon will be held at the
14 City Council Chambers in the City of San Jacinto located at 209 East Main Street,
15 San Jacinto, California, at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, 1982, which set time is
lg not less than fifteen (15) days from the adoption of this Resolution.
17 The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in the same manner
18 prescribed by law for the publishing of ordinances of the City and to post
19 notices of vacation conspicuously along the line of the property proposed to
20 be vacated at least ten (10) days before the date hereinabove set for hearing,
21 said notices to be not more than three hundred (300) _feet apart. At least
22 three of such notices shall be posted and shall state that this resolution has
23 been adopted, and the time and place hereinabove set forth for hearing thereon.
24 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April 1982.
