2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ANNEXATION
3 TO THE CITY OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY
WITHOUT NOTICE OR HEARING, HEREAFTER DESIGNATED
4 ANNEXATION NO. 43, AND FURTHER DESIGNATED AS
LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION NO. 81-54-3

6 WHEREAS, an application for an approval of certain uninhabited territory has
7 been initiated and designated as City of San Jacinto Annexation No. 43 and fur-
8 ther designated Local Agency Formation Commission 81-54-3; and
9 WHEREAS, said annexation application contains the consent of all landlords
10 in the proposed area to said annexation, the boundaries of which are more par-
11 ticularly described in Exhibit "A" of Resolution No. 1182 of the Local Agency
12 Formation Commission, which by reference is made a part hereof; and
13 WHEREAS all hearings required by the Local Agency Formation Commission have
14 been held as required by law; and
15 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto is the designated
16 conducting authority and is authorized to proceed without notice and hearing;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Annexation No. 43 is hereby approved.
18 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April 1982, by the following vote:
19 AYES: Councilmen Visser, Rose, Stevens, Divine and Hazeltine
20 NOES: None
21 ABSENT: None

ANNEXATION NO. 43
Legal Description
That portion of the West half of Farm Lot 75 of the Lands of
the San Jacinto Land Association, in the County of Riverside ,
State of California, as shown by trap on file in Book 8, Page
357 of gaps , San Diego County Records , located in Section 2 ,
T. 5 S_, R. 1 W., San Bernardino Base and Meridian , more particularly
described as follows :
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said lot , also being the
centerline intersection of Esplanade Avenue, 60 . 00 feet in width
and Santa Fe Street , 60 . 00 feet in width; thence Easterly along
said centerline of Esplanade Avenue , also being the North line
of said lot a distance of 529. 00 feet , more or less , to a point '
in a line which is 461 . 00 feet Westerly of the Northeast corner
of the West half of the East half of said lot ; thence Southerly
parallel with the Westerly line of said lot 660 . 00 feet , more
or less , to a point in the Southerly line of said lot ; thence
Westerly along said Southerly line 529 . 00 feet, Trtore or less,
to the South.'rest corner of said lot ; thence Northerly along
said Westerly line of said lot , also being the centerline of
said Santa Fe Street 660 . 00 feet , more or less , to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
The approximate area contained within the above described parcel
of land is 8 . 0 acres .
