2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
3 CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS RELATING
TO THE COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT ACT (CETA)
4 CONTRACTS AND RATIFYING PAST AGREEMENTS
5 WHEREAS, from time to time the City of San Jacinto is required to enter
g into agreements relating to various Comprehensive Employment Training Act pro-
7 grams; and
8 WHEREAS, such agreements have been executed previously by the City Manager

9 and;

10 WHEREAS, the efficient operation of the City is best served by continuing
11�1 said practice and procedure,
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
13 � 1 . The City Manager, for the City of San Jacinto, is hereby authorized
14 1 to execute all Comprehensive Employment Training Act contracts on
15 behalf of the City.
16 2. All previous CETA contracts signed by the City Manager are hereby
17 ratified.
18 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council duly
19 held on the 2nd day of February 1982, by the following vote:
20 AYES: Councilmen Stevens, Rose, Visser, Divine and Hazeltine
21 NOES: None
