1 RESOLUTION NO. 1420
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,
3 AMENDING FISCAL YEAR 1981-82 BUDGET
4 WHEREAS, pursuant to law, the City of San Jacinto has executed a Memoran-
5 dum of Understanding with the recognized employee organizations and has entered
6 into a verbal agreement with its management and confidential employees regarding
7 wages and benefits; and
8 WHEREAS, the initial budget for the fiscal year 1981-82 was adopted by
9 Resolution No. 1389; and
10 WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to have the fiscal year
11 1981-82 budget reflect true and actual authorized expenditures.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Finance Director is hereby
13 authorized to amend and include in the appropriate departmental accounts the
14 proper and needed funding pursuant to such agreements.
15 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January 1982 by the following
16 vote:
17 AYES: Councilmen Rose, Stevens, Visser, Divine and Hazeltine
18 NOES: None
19 ABSENT: None
