I RESOLUTION NO. .1418
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1319

WHEREAS, pursuant to AB189 which provides for the creation of a Criminal
4
Justice Facility Temporary Construction Fund; and
5
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside adopted
6 Resolution No. 81-409 establishing a trust fund; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 81-409 of Riverside County a deposit
k of One Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1 .50) for each parking ticket collected shall be

deposited in the County Criminal Justice Facility Temporary Construction Fund;

and

WHEREAS, the monies deposited in the Fund shall be payable only for the
12 'i purposes and in the manner specified in Section 68073.4 of the Government Code
13 r
as amended by AB189.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
15 '
Jacinto in regular session assembled on December 22, 1981 , that in accordance
16
with provisions of Ordinance No. 358 of the City of San Jacinto a fee of Six
I
17 ; Dollars and Fifty Cents ($6.50) shall be charged for the violation of parking
18 regulations set forth in Ordinance No. 358 of the City of San Jacinto.
19 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of DecembQJ 981 .
