1 RESOLUTION NO. 1399
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE VACA-
TION AND ABANDONMENT OF ALLEY BETWEEN PICO
AND ESTUDILLO AVENUES SOUTH OF SIXTH STREET.
4; WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto, California, having ex
i
pressed its intention to vacate and abandon the public right-of-way over the
6 property shown on attached Exhibit A; and
7 WHEREAS, a public hearing, as required by law, was conducted by the City
8 Council on the 4th day of August 1981 ; and
91, WHEREAS, all notices and posting, as required by law of said vacation have
10 been posted and given; and
11 WHEREAS, it is the City of San Jacintos intention to vacate the herein
12
described property to property owner(s) of record; and
13 WHEREAS, all objections of any thereto having been heard and considered,
14 and it having been found that the City has no present or prospective use for
15 said public right-of-way;
161 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
17 1 . That the proposed vacation outlined on Exhibit A is not within
18 an area for which a General or Master Plan is adopted.
19 2. That the public right-of-way over the property described in
Exhibit A be vacated and abandoned
20 " 3. That the City reserves for itself and all other public utilities
21i, a public utility easement and the right at any time to construct,
maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew upon, over and
22 across the needed appropriate facilities.
23 4. The effective date of this vacation shall be August 4, 1981
24 ; MOVED, PASSE
D AND ADOPTED this 4th day of August 1981 .
