1 RESOLUTION NO. 1398
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING CERTAIN CITY
3 ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICERS TO SIGN CHECKS,
DRAFTS OR OTHER ORDERS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

1 Section 1 . Pending revocation hereof by the City Council and notice of

such action to the proper banking institution, the Mayor or Vice Mayor, the City

Treasurer and the Finance Director be, and they are hereby authorized as follows:

1 . Sign checks, drafts or other orders for and on behalf of the City.

2. Endorse checks , drafts or other orders for and on behalf of the
10 City for deposit, encashment or otherwise..
11 Section 2. The banking institution is hereby authorized to honor and pay
12 on account of the City any and all checks, drafts or other orders signed and/or
131 endorsed by any two of said four persons .
14 Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to transmit a certified copy of
15 this Resolution to the San Jacinto Branch of First Interstate Bank.
16 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
17 City of San Jacinto, California, duly held the 4th day of August 1981 by the
18 following vote:
19 AYES: Councilmen Visser, Rose, Stevens , Divine and Hazeltine
20 NOES: None
21 ABSENT: None
22 ABSTAIN: None
