1 RESOLUTION NO. 1396
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CAL-
3 IFORNIA, DESIGNATING THE CITY
MANAGER AS ITS AGENT FOR THE
4 ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS AND GRANTS
5 WHEREAS, California Government Code Section 27281 requires deeds or grants
6 conveying any interest in or easement upon real estate to be accepted prior to
7 recordation of such conveyance; and
8 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto desires the City
9 Manager to be designated and authorized to accept and consent to such deeds or
10 grants ,
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Manager for the City of San
12 Jacinto, California, is hereby authorized to accept and consent to all future
13 deeds or grants wherein the City of San Jacinto is designated as grantee.
