2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
3 ENDORSEMENT OF THE INSTRUMENT OF CREDIT ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS;

Section 1 . The City from time to time transacts business with First Inter-

state Bank of California and other banking institutions in the nature of the

establishment and transfer of accounts and time deposits. Pending revocation

hereof by the City Council and notice of such action to said bank, the Mayor, Fi-

'; nance Director and the City Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized to en-

dorse such items for the purpose of deposit, encashment and passing title there-
ll to, as follows:

1 . Any one of said three persons for the purpose of deposit;

2. Any one of said three persons for the encashment or passing title to
14
items not in excess of $25,000.00.

3. Any two of said three persons for the purpose of encashment or passing
16
title to items in excess of $25,000.00.

MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the

City of San Jacinto, California, duly held the 21st day of July 1981 by the
