2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALI-
3 FORNIA, COMMENDING DONALD C. WICKHAM
4 WHEREAS, Donald C, Wickham has heretofore submitted hi's resignation as
5 City Attorney of the City of San Jacinto, California; and
6 WHEREAS, said Donald C. Wickham has rendered in excess of eighteen
7 years of exemplary and competent legal counsel to the affairs of the City
8 of San Jacinto, California; and
9 WHEREAS, said Donald C. Wickham deserves the admiration, gratitude
10 and thanks of the City of San Jacinto, California;
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
12 San Jacinto, California, do and it hereby does on behalf of itself and
13 Staff extend sincere appreciation and gratitude for the many years of truly
14 outstanding service and regret the loss of hi's counsel .
15 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June 1981 .
