2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE
3 VACATION AND ABANDONMENT OF CERTAIN ALLEYS
4 WHEREAS the City Council of the City of San Jacinto, California, having
5 expressed its intention to vacate and abandon the public right-of-way over the
6 property shown on attached Exhibit A; and
7 WHEREAS a public hearing, as required by law, was conducted by the City
g Council on the 19th day of May 1981 ; and
g WHEREAS all notices and posting, as required by law of said vacation,
1p have been posted and given; and
11 WHEREAS it is the City of San Jacinto's intention to vacate the herein
12 described property to property owner(s) of record; and
13 WHEREAS all objections of any thereto having been heard and considered,
14 and it having been found that the City has no present or prospective use for
15 said public right-of-way;
16 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
17 1 . That the proposed vacation outlined on Exhibit A is not within an
area for which a General or Master Plan is adopted.

2. That the public right-of-way over the property described in Exhibit A
19 be vacated and abandoned subject, to Paragraph 4 below.
20 3. That the City reserves for itself and all other public utilities a
public utility easement and the right at any time to construct, main-
21 tain, operate, replace, remove and renew upon, over and across the
needed appropriate facilities.

4. The effective date of this vacation shall be May 19, 1982 unless the
23 j City Council shall have made a finding of fact that the alley has
been improved to meet the acceptable standards of the City as an im-
24 ' proved alley. In the event such a finding of improvement is made,
this vacation and abandonment proceedings shall be deemed to have
25 been terminated.
26 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May 1981 .
