2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF' SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE
3 CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT TITLE IIIB APPLICA-
TION FOR FUNDING FOR FISCAL YEAR 1981-82

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
5 AS FOLLOWS:
6 WHEREAS it is the desire and intent of the City Council of the City of
7 San Jacinto to continue the existing Senior Citizens Program currently being
8 conducted in cooperation with the Riverside County Office on Aging; and
9 WHEREAS funding from Title IIIB for the fiscal year 1981-82 is available;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
11 Section 1 . The City Manager, or his designated representative, is here-
12 by authorized to submit to the County of Riverside Office on Aging a funding
13 application and all necessary documentation.
14 Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute a Cooperative Agree-
15 ment with the County of Riverside Office on Aging and all necessary documenta-
16 tion for the continuance of the Senior Citizens Program.
17 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May 1981 .
