2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO INITIATE
3 ON ITS OWN MOTION PROCEEDINGS'TO ANNEX CERTAIN
INHABITED-TERRITORY KNOWN AS ANNEXATION NO. 39

WHEREAS, some property owners desire annexation to the City of San Jacinto

and

WHEREAS, annexation to the City of San Jacinto will contribute to the
7
orderly growth of the City, provide property control of street layouts , sanitary
8
sewer and water design and to insure proper use of land in conformity with the
9
General Plan.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:

1 . The City Council of the City of San Jacinto proposes to initiate on
12
its own motion proceedings to annex to the City of San Jacinto all the territory
13 pursuant to the pro-
. hereinafter described on Exhibit A as .,inhabited territory p
14
visions of the Municipal Organization Act.

2. That the territory which the Council proposes to annex shall be
16
identified as Annexation No. 39.

3. That the City Manager or his designated representative is hereby
18
authorized to file with the Local Agency Formation Commission the appropriate
19
application and sign any and all documents therefor.

MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED on .the 5th day of May 1981 .
