1 RESOLUTION NO. 1379
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
2 SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, OF INTENTION TO ORDER
ABANDONMENT OF THE ALLEY WAYS LOCATED BETWEEN
3 DILLON AND VICTORIA AVENUES AND DILLON AND
SCOVELL AVENUES BETWEEN STATE AND CEDAR STREETS

The City Council of the City of San Jacinto, California, does hereby de-
5
clare its intent to vacate and abandon the public right-of-way under and through
6
the property hereinafter described in the City of San Jacinto, County of River-
7
side, State of California.

A map of said property proposed to be vacated and abandoned is on file in
9
the office of the Department of Community Development in the City of San Jacinto
10
to which reference is hereby made for further particulars.

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in or objecting to the
12
proposed vacation and abandonment that a hearing thereon will be held at the
13
City Council Chambers in the City of San Jacinto located at 209 East Main Street,
14
San Jacinto, California, at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, 1981 , which set time is
15
not less than fifteen (15) days from the adoption of this Resolution.

The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in the same manner
17
prescribed by law for the publishing of ordinances of the City and to post
18 notices of vacation conspicuously along the line of the property proposed to be
19 !
vacated at least ten (10) days before the date hereinabove set for hearing, said
20
notices to be not more than three hundred (300) feet apart. At least three of
21
such notices shall be posted and shall state that this resolution has been
22
, adopted, and the time and place hereinabove set forth for hearing thereon.

MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April 1981 .
