2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,
3 AMENDING FISCAL YEAR 1980-81 BUDGET
4 WHEREAS it is the desire of the City Council to add additional items to
the fiscal year 1980-81 budget; and

WHEREAS the initial budget for the same period was adopted by Resolution
6 No. 1327; and
7 WHEREAS the required public notice was published pursuant to federal guide-
lines; and

WHEREAS the citizens of San Jacinto were given the opportunity to review
9 1 and comment on the proposed expenditures from Revenue Sharing funds;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 1980-81 fiscal year budget is
amended to include Account 8260, known as Safety and Welfare, to be funded from
11 Fund 26 Revenue Sharing in a total expenditure of $95,540.
12 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the amount of $95,540 which the City Manager
is authorized to expend for new appropriations in accordance with laws of the
13 State of California, the ordinances of the City of San Jacinto and Federal
Revenue Sharing guidelines as amended.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby directed and
15 authorized that all unexpended appropriations be carried over and included in
the City's fiscal year 1981-82.

MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April 1981 , by the following
