1 RESOLUTION NO. 1368
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A
3 SPENDING LIMITATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 1980-81
4 WHEREAS, Article XIIIB of the California Constitution provides for the
5 establishment of a formal spending limitation; and
6 WHEREAS, the San Jacinto City Council has met the public hearing require-
7 ments pursuant to SB 1352; and
8 WHEREAS, the spending limitation for Fiscal Year 1980-81 totals $1 ,686,756
9 adjusted for various exempted fees and funds,
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Fiscal Year 1980-81 spending limitation
11 is hereby established as $1 ,686,756 subject to later adjustments for annexations,
transfer and newly assumed services and newly established fees .
