2 A RESOLUTION OF THE.CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN'JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, CONSENTING AND AUTHOR
IZING SUBMITTAL OF ANNEXATION- APPLICATION FOR UN-
INHABITED TERRITORY (SAN JACINTO ANNEXATION NO. 41 )

5 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF "SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,
6 consenting and authorizing submittal of annexation application for uninhabited
7 territory (San Jacinto Annexation No. 41) .
8 WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto wishes to proceed with Annexation No. 41 ;
9 and
10 WHEREAS, Section 35100 of the Governmental Code requires the adoption of a
11 resolution to accompany the application of annexation.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by ,the City Council of the City of San
13 Jacinto that the City Manager, and/or his designated representative, is hereby
14 authorized to submit an application and necessary documentation pertaining to
15 said proposed Annexation No. 41 .
16 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January 1981 by the following
17 voter
1.8 AYES: Councilmen Divine, Rose, Stevens, Visser and Hazeltine.
