2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ;OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE AN
NEXATION TO THE CITY OF SAN;JACINTO OF CERTAIN
UNINHABITED TERRITORY WITHOUT NOTICE OR HEAR-
4 ING HEREINAFTER DESIGNATED AS ANNEXATION NO.
36 AND FURTHER DESIGNATED:AS LAFCO NO. 80-57-3
5 WHEREAS, an application for approval of certain uninhabited territory, has
6 been initiated and designated as City of San Jacinto Annexation No. 36 and fur-
7 tfier designated by the Local Agency Formation Commission as LAFCO No. 80-57-3
8 and;
9 WHEREAS, said annexation applicationcontains the consent of all landowners
10 in the proposed area to said annexation, the boundaries of which are more parti-
11 cularly described in Exhibit A which. by reference is made a part hereof; and
12 WHEREAS , all hearings required by the Local Agency Formation Commission
13 have been held as required by law; and
14 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto is the designated
15 conducting authority,
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Annexation No. 36 is hereby approved.
17 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December 1980 by the following
18 vote:
19 AYES: Councilmen Visser, Rose, Divine and Hazeltine
20 NOES: None
21 ABSENT: Councilman Stevens
