2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF `THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY,
DESIGNATED AS ANNEXATION NO. 33 TO THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
5 i . WHEREAS, on the 15th day of April' 1980 the Council of the City
of San Jacinto dad pass and adopt Resolution No. 1309 declaring proceedings
6 begun to annex certain uninhabited territory to the City of San Jacinto, said
territory being therein designated as "Annexation No. 33" said Resolution
7 describing the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed; and
8 2. WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission on the ,9th day of
October 1980 approved the annexation' of said territory with the necessity
9 of giving of notice thereof, .or hearing being held; and
10 3. WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing to hear any
objections from owners of land within said territory. _
11 4. WHEREAS, the City Council declaring
adopted Resolution No: 1363 g
32 no majority protest.
13 5. WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of San Jacinto
14 and is uninhabited territory in the County of Riverside;
6. NOW, THEREFORE, the said Council of the city of San Jacinto does
15 hereby approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter described to the
16 City of San Jacinto, and does hereby` further,;resolve hat the said erritory
be and is hereby annexed to the City of San Jacinto.
17 7. That said territory the approval and annexation of which to the
1 City of San Jacinto is herein resolved is all that territory situated in
the County of Riverside, State of California, more particularly described in
19 "Exhibit A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
20 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said
City Council on the 16th of December 1980 by the following vote:
21 AYES: Councilmen Visser, Rose, Divine and Hazeltine
22 NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Stevens
