2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THAT NO MAJORITY PRO-
3 TEST HAS BEEN MADE WITH RESPECT TO ANNEXATION No. 33
4 WHEREAS, a petition for Annexation No. 33 was duly and regularly filed
5 pursuant to the provisions of the California Government Code; and
6 WHEREAS, pursuant to authorization from Riverside County Local Agency
7 Fczrmation Commission and pursuant to the Government Code, the City Council here-
8 by declares that by submitting a petition request for annexation the record
g property owners of the City of San Jacinto Annexation No. 33 have waived all pro
10 test rights; and
11 WHEREAS, the City may proceed with annexation action without notice or
12 hearing for protest pursuant to the Government Code,
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
14 The City Council of the City of San Jacinto finds and does hereby declare
16 its finding to be that no majority protest has been made with respect to Annexa-
16 tion No. 33 and that the City Administrative officers be and they are hereby
17 directed to proceed with Annexation No. 33.
18 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December 1950 at a regular
19 meeting of said Council by the following vote:
20 AYES: Councilmen Visser, Rose, Divine and Hazeltine
21 NOES: None
22 ABSENT: Councilman Stevens
